Hosting and Server Log Files

When using Google services, personal data may also be transferred to Google LLC and other companies within the Google group in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For participating US companies, an adequate level of data protection is recognised on the basis of the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission. Where required, Google also relies on other appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter. To subscribe, we require in particular your email address and your consent to receive the newsletter.

Mailchimp is part of the Intuit group of companies.
As part of the newsletter registration and distribution process, your email address as well as technical information such as the time of registration, IP address and information relating to the sending and delivery of the newsletter may be processed. These data are used in particular to provide the newsletter service and to document the consent you have given.
The processing is based on your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The sending of electronic direct marketing communications is additionally subject to the provisions of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021).
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. In particular, you can use the unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@studiosalviweber.com.
Once you have unsubscribed, your email address will no longer be used for the active distribution of newsletters. Data required to document previously granted consent or an unsubscribe request may continue to be stored where required by law.
Mailchimp also processes personal data in the United States. The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. In addition, Mailchimp’s Data Processing Addendum includes the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for cases in which these are required for an international transfer of personal data.

Links to Social Media Platforms
Our website contains links to our profiles on external social media platforms, in particular Instagram and LinkedIn.
These are standard external links. A connection to the respective platform is only established when you click on the relevant link. From that point onwards, the privacy policy of the respective platform provider applies.
We have no influence over which personal data the respective platform collects after you access it or how those data are processed.
Disclosure of Data
As a general principle, we disclose personal data to third parties only where this is necessary to provide our website or a service you have requested, where we are legally obliged to do so, where disclosure is necessary for the performance of a contract, or where you have given your prior consent.
In connection with the operation of our website, personal data may in particular be received by IT and hosting service providers as well as by the external providers referred to in this Privacy Policy.
Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, this is carried out on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
